From 1 to 14 September, the resort invites keen food connoisseurs to savour this unusual treat with guest chefs Colin Zhao and Jack Gao. Hailing from The Castle Hotel in Dalian, both chefs will showcase their skills on Nusa Bagus Island, creating signature Dalian dishes, including wok-fried conch slices with celery, double-cooked shrimp with satay sauce, classic dumpling with sea worm and leek, silk tofu with crab roe in a stone pot and much more.
