This upcoming Lunar New Year, Andaz Singapore has prepared a bountiful selection of dining options to enhance the festivities. For a start, the hotel’s Alley on 25 – the dining outlet with an elevated street dining concept that houses seven individual shophouse-inspired venues – is serving Fortune Yu Sheng for the special day served with shredded abalone symbolising good fortune. Fortune Yu Sheng is ideal for sharing between small groups of friends and families of two or four and is available for dine-in only at all Alley on 25’s shophouses.
Another noteworthy offer is the festive six-course set menu comprising outstanding dishes like braised dong po pork belly, baby abalone with conpoy sauce and pan-fried nian gao served with coconut ice cream, among others, with an additional tea pairing option.
Rounding up the festivities, Andaz Singapore’s patisserie, Pandan, is offering a limited edition Chinese New Year chiffon cake. Comprising moist pandan chiffon core, citrusy orange mousse topped with a vibrant red glaze and dusted with edible gold, this special cake will give a golden touch to your Lunar New Year celebration.
