Located in the vibrant Phrom Phong area, F*nkytown is the latest addition to the Sarnies Group’s portfolio. Located in the same building as the popular Sarnies 垂’咩Sukhumvit café, the bar welcomes patrons to try something new. It is tucked away on the fourth and fifth floors with an al fresco rooftop.
With a focus on sustainable practices and a variety of locally sourced ingredients, Pae Ketumarn runs the bar. The menu is developed with a funkiness scale, from one to five, to allow guests to work their way through the list and get more adventurous with bold flavours. Begin with the Tokyo Banana, which has a funk level of two. Next, move on to the Caesar Salad or the Som Tum, which is inspired by street food and has a funkiness level of five.
The bar is paired with a fully stocked kitchen to ensure that everyone has the full F*nkytown experience. Serving anything from bite-sized snacks to larger plates to share, Chef Theo Tomasa has also curated a Feed Me menu, featuring three bites, three plates to share and a dessert.
