When it comes to Martinis, less is more, and at Charlie Bar & Bistro, the Raspberry Martini lets the flavours of just a few fresh, premium ingredients speak for themselves. Shaken, not stirred, the Raspberry Martini is made with nine raspberries no less, with six of these being muddled into a thick purée, while the final three are plopped into the top as a float. The vodka base then uses Ketel One, jazzed up by fresh lemon juice and egg whites for a zesty froth.
