Seminyak Italian Food
Seminyak Italian Food may have just opened, but since it’s right smack on the beachfront as part of the spanking new Double-Six Hotel, it’s already become a go-to spot for sunset cocktails, especially thanks to it’s Aperitivo Hours on a Friday and Saturday evening (free Italian bites with your cocktail!). Our favourite is without doubt the Red Ferrari. It’s subtly Italian, both in its name and in the ingredients it uses. It combines two 100% Italian liqueurs: Carpano Punt, a rosso vermouth, and Cynar Amaro, an artichoke vermouth with cherry and plum flavours. Muddled with fresh strawberries and shaken over ice, it’s perfectly fruity, perfectly poured and perfectly Italian.
