Chef Sebastian Arnold from DAVA chooses the gorgeous grilled wagyu beef rib-eye to highlight. Grilled in the special X oven that utilises charcoal and results in a smoky quality, the wagyu rib-eye is served cooked to your preference with the choice of cognac pepper sauce or porcini béarnaise sauce, and side dishes including sautéed mixed mushrooms, minted green beans, truffle mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. For those who like more flavour to their meat, fret not, as DAVA provides a selection of gourmet salt to amp up the taste. For those with a big appetite, save some space for the seafood part of the DAVA goodness and have a surf and turf. The grilled Canadian lobster is absolutely to die for, with a similar smoky quality, and served with dill lemon butter sauce or porcini béarnaise sauce.
