Recipe

• Ingredients

½ pc apple malang, 7ml apple syrup,

45ml vodka, 15ml ginger essence, 5ml lime juice

• Method

Put all the liquid ingredients into a shaker and mix thoroughly. Pour the mix into a classic martini glass, then top off by adding 4 thin slices of freshly sliced Apple Malang as garnish and serve.
