ATLAS takes pride in its collection of Champagne, gin and other spirits – one of the biggest in Asia, with more than 250 Champagne labels and 1,000 gins. The beverage menu is seemingly endless, with pages and pages of high-quality and potent Roaring Twenties-inspired spirits and cocktails.
Travel back in time with ATLAS’ vintage martini collection, where you can choose a gin that represents each decade from the 1920s to the 1990s, to be paired with vermouth. The inspiring vintage cocktail selection includes libations like The Florentine Negroni, using 1940s Florentine London dry gin, 1930s Italian sweet vermouth and vintage Campari. Another must-try cocktail is The Deco White Lady, with an orange kick to amp up the dry gin.
Of course, one can’t simply leave ATLAS without taking pleasure from the house’s impressive Champagne collection. A result of two years of meticulous curation, ATLAS’ collection of more than 250 of the most-coveted labels, the Champagnes are sourced from some of the world’s best Champagne houses and personally handpicked from the hosting Parkview family cellar by the owning Hwang family’s sommelier Jack Cheung and ATLAS’ own sommelier Mason Ng. With 30 Champagnes by the glass and a selection of Champagne flights on offer, it’s definitely hard to say no.
