The internationally known culinary event Bali Interfood 2023 was running from 7 to 9 September 2023 at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. The event comprised various segments, including Bali Hotel & Tourism, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirit, Bakery Indonesia Expo and the 3rd Indonesia Licensing Expo.
The Bali Interfood 2023 was held to build up Interfood main event at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta from 8 to 11 November 2023. The event played a role as a meeting point of the movers and shakers in the food and beverage industry for networking opportunities.
The event did not only showcase F&B exhibitions, but also interactive experiences, such as a fun workshop with Embassy Chocolate, Beans-to-Bar Chocolate workshop, Indonesia Coffee Art Battle, cooking and baking demos with big-named chefs, wine classes and programmes and many more.
The event was inaugurated by the CEO of Krista Exhibitions Daud D. Salim as the organiser of the event, and representatives from the Ministry of Trade, Bali Provincial Secretary, the Bali branch of Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants Association (PHRI) and many more.
