DING DONG
Any lovers of classic Irish coffee will adore this delicious iced evolution. DING DONG’s mixologists base many of their innovative cocktails upon the amazing multiculturalism of Singapore’s diverse population and, as its name suggests, the Ca Phe Sua Da is no exception. Made using a Vietnamese coffee dripper, the primary flavour of this quirky cocktail is of course, Vietnamese coffee, which is then sweetened with Agave nectar and stiffened with cognac and Fernet Branca.
