Excited to announce another thrilling culinary event, the diner partners with Animale Restaurant Jakarta to bring the Symphopy of the Mediterranean: A Six-Course Gastronomic Soirée at Uma Cucina. The first collaboration between the two stellar venues, the unforgettable journey takes place from 7 to 9 November 2023. Esteemed Special Guest Chef and Chef Patron of MDA Restaurants, Andri Dionysius, leads the way.
Lush landscapes and vibrant colours are what one can expect to surround them at COMO Uma Ubud, and the flavours planned by the collaboration are sure to suit the vibe. An exquisite fusion that pleases all the senses, an Italian-inspired ambiance that surrounds an avant-garde dining approach will be hard to walk away from. The tantalising journey only improves upon the first bite, as guests indulge in Chef Andri’s meticulously crafted delights.
Highlights of the event include appetisers like beetroot and goat, main courses of grilled kinmedai, Sardinian malloredus, roasted bone marrow, and an array of meats like turkey, duck and chicken. Desserts won’t be forgotten, as the renowned Oops cheesetart makes an appearance to sweeten the mood.
