Originally established on the hotel’s sixth floor, Canella quickly built a following for its warm yet polished approach to dining. That same spirit carries through here, shaped by Executive Chef Ivan Leonard and his team, now expressed with greater refinement. Open daily from noon to 10pm, the restaurant transitions naturally across different occasions, from unhurried lunches to more intimate dinner evenings. The restaurant is suited to everything from understated gatherings to elegant celebrations, as the space itself grounds the ambience with refined interiors and an almost-removed perspective from the city below.
