Dear Lilly, a romantic and whimsical restaurant and lounge bar in the heart of Hong Kong, was inspired by the dreamy hole-in-the wall florists found along the iconic boulevards of Paris. Regarded as one of the most stylish venues in Central for a light lunch, leisurely dinner and cocktails, Dear Lilly is set to introduce its afternoon escape for Easter.
Partnering with the renowned Chocolaterie de l’Opéra from France, the special High Tea Set features one-of-a-kind premium chocolates made with cocoa beans sourced from some of the best origins around the world.
After finishing up the savouries, guests are encouraged to start with a lighter flavour from the sweet selection – the Blue Berry Opéra. With a nodding tribute to the iconic French cake, the layers of coffee buttercream and ganache are replaced by fruity blueberry crémeux and namelaka vanilla, adding in the soft and well-balanced white chocolate Concerto to create a silky texture for the cake.
