Named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2013 and 2014, she now brings her brand to Changi Airport’s T3, where she offers a selection of signature products alongside three special edition chocolate bars created exclusively for Changi Airport in the artisanal flavours of ruby chocolate, sea salt and palm sugar. The ruby chocolate is naturally a pinkish-red due to the ruby cocoa bean. These Changi exclusives will be available from June 2019.
