There’s always something special being served at Bunk each month and this August, the stylish bar’s must-try tipple is their Frozen Daiquiri. The concept for their Frozen Daiquiri is simple – use only the ingredients that grasp the flavour of the rum. As simple as it may seem, balance is key here. Too much lime and the cocktail will be too sour and sharp; too much rum and the cocktail will only taste of alcohol; too much sugar and it turns into a sickly sweet mix. Their perfect blend of Bacardi Rum, Triple sec, lime juice, sugar and strawberry gives only a refreshing experience, so much so that we wish August would last a little bit longer.
