Sky Bar
Glamorously served at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas’ rooftop bar, the G-N-T Sphere at Sky Bar is quite simply a garden in a glass. It takes a classic gin and tonic combo then brightens everything up with a flavourful, fruity twist. A sprinkling of juniper berries here, a squeeze of a kaffir lime there; the drink pays homage to a chef’s young daughter who filled up her lemonade with flowers from the family garden during a summer gathering. To make the drink that little more aromatic, it comes served in a giant wine goblet to really let the summer scents blossom.
Ingredients:
2oz Bombay Sapphire
4oz Tonic Water
3 Juniper Berries
1 Kaffir Lime Leaf
1 Lime Wheel
1 Lemon Peel
1 Jeruk Bali Segment
1 Ice Cube Sphere
To Mix
1. Pour the gin and tonic over the sphere of ice into a wine goblet.
2. Sprinkle in the berries, kaffir lime leaf and the lime wheel.
3. Gently stir.
4. Garnish with the lemon peel and orange segment.
5. Serve and enjoy in the sunshine!
