A highly regarded brand the world over, any Hennessy cocktail wins our vote, but since it’s summertime, there’s no better way to enjoy this premium drink other than as a monster sharing cocktail like The Hennessy Sunset Punch. Be it pool party, BBQ or casual drinks, this gorgeous, easy to make mix is a sure-fire winner. Simply combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir, before adding a large single block or around 1kg of ice cubes, then serve in tall glasses. Cheers!

1.5 litres of water, 1 litre Hennessy V.S, 5oz gin, 2oz Grand Marnier, 2 cups of simple syrup or 3 cups of sugar, 9oz of lemon juice, 4oz of hibiscus grenadine, 1 grapefruit cut into ½ wheels, 1 oranges sliced into wheels, 2 lemons cut into wheels, 2 limes cut into wheels, 20 dashes orange bitters or other citrus bitters.
