SELECTION OF BRUNCH DISHES at Hamabe at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, bali

Bringing joy and indulgence to every weekend, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali introduces Hamabe Brunch; a new culinary adventure with the exceptional Japanese Kaiseki style. The skilled culinary team of Hamabe is serving up this refined dining experience in its contemporary Japanese restaurant inspired by the serenity of a traditional Japanese garden.

Set on a prime beachfront location within an exclusive enclave of Bali’s southern shores, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is a place where guests can experience total renewal during their stay. The resort boasts a total of 433 modern rooms and an array of enticing facilities including dining venues that anticipate global taste with delicious cuisine and healthy Eat Well menu options; such as Prego and Hamabe.

Available every Saturday, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua’s Hamabe Brunch package offers a range of premium dishes, including a special presentation of Nabemono (Hot Pot) with tableside gueridon/trolley service for a welcoming personalised touch.

The brunch opens with trusty Zensai in form of Kamo Rosu (duck breast with tare sauce), Kampachi Aburi Mentai (flamed-seared king fish with cod fish roe and avruga), to Yakimono such as Sawara Saikyo Yaki (grilled Spanish mackerel marinated with saikyo miso and served with lime and hajikami) to Shiizakana that include Kohitsuji Misozuke Yaki (red miso-marinated grilled lamb chops, or Gyu Niku Yaki To Tamanegi (grilled Australian Angus tenderloin with tamanegi sauce). To wrap the whole experience, don’t forget to try some of the Mizumono and Wagashi (dessert) selections, including Purin (pudding), Daifuku (stuffed mocha), or Mushi manju (Japanese steamed bun with red bean paste).

To further elevate this classy dining experience is Nomihodai, a free-flow beverage package consisting of sakes, shochu, hand-crafted umeshu, Japanese-inspired signature cocktails, draught beer, wine, soft drinks and chilled juices.

Hamabe Brunch also gives diners a chance to get involved in immersive activities, such as hands-on sushi making and expert demonstrations of traditional Japanese craft, from Ikebana, Origami and simple Japanese food and cocktails how-to, with the recipe or a handbook available to take home as Miyage or souvenir.
