Offering the best rendition of traditional Italian flavours, MAURI is genuine in its production and serving processes by allowing guests to watch the chef work directly behind a glass kitchen. 

Situated in the vibrant district of Seminyak, MAURI prides itself in providing elegant twists on classic recipes that still preserve traditional Italian flavours in its purest essence. The restaurant is the brainchild of Maurizio Bombini, an Italian chef who has worked his way around the globe, honing skills from renowned restaurants and establishing several prominent dining venues along his career, before deciding to settle down in Bali.

MAURI’s menu takes deep inspiration from Pugliese tradition, offering a contemporary dining experience with a touch of tradition where ingredients are handled with care to showcase their purest flavours. To enhance this purpose, the restaurant tries to use as many homemade items as possible, made from selected high quality local products in collaboration with the island’s local farmers.

To cater to those who are seeking a satisfying feast on Sunday, MAURI introduced its very own Sunday Brunch. The sit-down brunch offers a myriad of delicacies served to your table including à la carte morning favourites yellowfin tuna and burrata, MAURI signature egg custard with vintage sturia caviar, homemade pasta and ravioli, fish and prime meats, cheese platter and dessert tray.
