Satisfying demand for the exquisite St. Regis brunch, Executive Chef Agung Gede and his exemplary team have tailored new brunch experiences for both days of the weekend. The gastronomic indulgence is beyond expectation, inspired by The Astor’s tradition, and is available every Saturday, while Sundays see the luxurious addition of caviar and the Champagne sabrage ritual.

This chic beachfront restaurant at The St. Regis Bali Resort boasts views across the dazzling blue ocean from its floor-to-ceiling windows, polished wooden floors, white flower decorations, with a hint of green, crisp white tablecloths and sparkling glassware, backed by a bustling open kitchen and the delightful Kayuputi Bar with comfortable chairs and sofas.

Guests at this exquisite brunch are warmly welcomed from 11am to partake in pre-brunch free-flow Champagne, cocktails and Bloody Mary, all accompanied by tantalising canapés. The service is smooth and unobtrusive, almost pre-empting guests’ requests. As noon strikes, the kitchen team completes its preparations and the guests are escorted to their tables, where a seemingly never-ending selection of delectable à la minute gourmet creations are brought to them.

The Pan-Asian inspired haute cuisine brunch starts with amuse-bouche, served alongside freshly baked pastries, healthy favourites and curated homemade cured and smoked fish terrine. Handcrafted à la carte brunch dishes are served plate by plate with endless pass-arounds including lobster, wagyu beef, a variety of duck foie gras, and a selection of distinctive desserts, such as Kintamani coffee, Jembrana chocolate and Bali orange, all meticulously crafted by French Chef Pâtissier Vincent Stopin.
