Calamansi Lime Margarita

INGREDIENTS
– 60ml Don Julio Reposado Tequila
– 25ml Agave Nectar
– 20ml Calamansi Lime

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all of the ingredients, and shake vigorously over ice.
2. Double strain into a chilled rocks glass.
3. Moisten the rim of half of the glass, and half-glaze with salt.
Enjoyers of the cocktail can then switch between a salted or sweet drinking experience, as and when desired.
4. Finish and decorate with Calamansi lime wheels.

 

A Fruity Finish:
In addition to the refreshing tang of a common lime, the locally-sourced Asian Calamansi lime provides a whisper of its distinctive tangerine finish.
