This festive season, the resort has prepared quality ingredients and great offers, and concocted them into a holiday to remember.
The resort’s Cornerstone Deli starts early with its magical festive treats, comprising delicious pastries, cookies, chocolate pralines and Christmas stollen – all freshly homemade by the resort’s award-winning pastry team. The sweet offer is available until 26th December.
Arwana Restaurant hosts the Christmas Beach & BBQ Brunch on Christmas Day from 12pm till 3pm, offering a decadent international BBQ and buffet, including catches of the day and premium meats, spread across multiple BBQ stations. In addition, there are also Asian all-time favourites and divine desserts. The restaurant also opens its doors on 24th and 25th December for the Christmas Dinner Degustation, serving six delectable courses, including smoked salmon, bebek betutu, blue swimmer crab, black Angus tenderloin and more.
The resort’s Banyubiru Restaurant offers a different kind of Christmas dinner, with a buffet spread featuring traditional Christmas selections, like home-smoked fish, traditional roast turkey, honey-glazed leg of ham and more.
For New Year’s Eve, the resort will host a glamorous evening, filled with fine cuisine and adorned with an enchanting Bali underwater world theme. The event will be held at the grand Balai Raya Ballroom, followed by a splendid fireworks display at midnight at Cascade Bar.
Arwana Restaurant offers a six-course gala dinner celebration for New Year’s Eve, featuring dishes like yellow fin tuna, duck foie gras, river lobster tortellini and more. Meanwhile, Banyubiru will host a New Year’s buffet dinner with international fare and live music.
Last but not least, the festivities continue on 7th January, when the resort invites guests to celebrate Orthodox Christmas, with a lavish buffet brimming with classic dishes like kholodetz pork meat jelly, borscht soup, seafood cocktail, lamb cutlets and more.
