Mark LaBrooy of Three Blue Ducks Takes Over W Bali – Seminyak’s Starfish Bloo

One of the frontmen of the powerhouse Australian culinary group will be cooking in the award-winning oceanfront restaurant for three days only.

Starfish Bloo of W Bali – Seminyak is preparing itself for an exclusive dining experience, collaborating with acclaimed chef and TV personality Mark LaBrooy from 30 June until 2 July 2023. The co-founder of the renowned Three Blue Ducks will be joining forces with W Bali – Seminyak’s Director of Culinary, Norberto Palacios, plating up fresh inspiring creations with a unique story behind each dish throughout an inspiring summer weekend.

The whole experience will kickstart on Friday, with sunset cocktails and canapés, both chefs will explain the upcoming dinner and Sunday brunch offerings. The following day, Chef Mark and Chef Norberto designed menus inspired by their passion for world travel to share great food with a sustainable approach to living. Completing the whole gastronomy journey, Bali’s best Sunday brunch at Starfish Bloo will be completed with a specially curated pop-up with a live cooking station by Chef Mark himself presenting creations using the freshest ingredients.

Mark La Brooy is the Chef and Co-Owner of the renowned Australian restaurant, Three Blue Ducks, along with his talented chef partners. Established in 2010, the restaurant was born out of the desire to offer a more sustainable and ethical approach to Australian dining.
