Meatguy Steakhouse is a dream come true for social media personality Dimas Ramadhan Pangestu, known on social media as Dimsthemeatguy. Meatguy Steakhouse carries the same mission as his social media channel, which is to showcase beef and all its wondrous possibilities. The restaurant has a couple of dry-aging fridges in the dining area, positioned for guests to observe. In another corner, there’s a performance stage, where Dimas occasionally showcases his routine of cooking and presenting the meat before serving it to a table.
The menu itself does not hold back. Apart from the desserts and sides, everything else on the menu includes beef. The menu have recently had add new items, such as the Delmonico and Classic Denver, although its main star is always the primary cuts like Prime Optima and Rich Fat Loin. However, none come close to the excitement of the signatures, filled with robust cuts served bone-in, such as the rib-eye Bone Collector and the Hanging Tomahawk Godfather.
