Following the highly successful Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton café in Paris, the storied leather goods house expands its portfolio by opening Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton in Singapore. Collaborating closely with the award-winning French pastry chef, loyal customers of the brand in Asia can now enjoy these delectable treats closer to home. Originally from Normandy, Chef Frédéric combines his creative flair and expert savoir-faire to create a variety of chocolates that honour Louis Vuitton’s history and celebrate the brand’s signature motifs.
Located in Marina Bay Sands, each chocolate is made with meticulously sourced ingredients of the finest quality. For instance, cacao is sourced from small-scale farmers in Vietnam, Peru, Madagascar and the Dominican Republic, as well as Sao Tome and Príncipe. Next, the chocolates are created under the direction of Chef Frédéric at Louis Vuitton’s Paris headquarter located on Rue du Pont Neuf.
Open every day, the centrepiece at this chocolatier is the Vivienne on Malle, or the brand’s flower mascot perched on top of a trunk. Additionally, customers can also expect pralines, chocolate bars, chocolate hazelnut spread and more, with each bite sweeping the tastebuds with a nuanced nostalgic note.
