Recognised among the top 10 bartenders in the world, the award-winning Renato “Tato” Giovannoni is preparing to kick off a three-month Argentinian restaurant and bar takeover in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore at the One-Ninety Restaurant and One-Ninety Bar. Starting 1 August, the renowned server will be bringing vibrant South American flavours and rich culinary heritage from the streets of Buenos Aires.
Guests are invited to satisfy their taste buds with an array of diverse tastes, and combine them with a nightly transformation of the restaurant and bar into a melting pot of Argentinian dishes and culture. The team at One-Ninety Restaurant and One-Ninety Bar couldn’t be more excited to bring the fusion to life.
The featured pop-up restaurant, Brasero Alántico, is thrilled to release an à la carte dinner menu and a six-course Chef’s Table dinner experience. The selection is brought to diners using traditional techniques, allowing them to perfectly capture the unwavering spirit of Argentinian cuisine. Dishes available to visitors contain the freshest local ingredients to ensure the best quality possible.
The pop-up bar, Florería Atlántico, is where cocktails are based on the same products that helped build the country in the 20th century, and promote the national pride Argentina carries to this day.
