A St. Regis near you is kicking things up with a summer theme. 

Spanning from Hong Kong, Macau to Bali and the Maldives, the St. Regis Hotels and Resorts in Asia Pacific are excited to invite guests to its “House of Celebration” for an extraordinary culinary expedition. From now until 31 August, a unique theme for each season is presented at the various St. Regis locations. Between the Exquisite Journey Menus, presenting authentic local cuisine, and The Art of Drinking with signature cocktails courtesy of St. Regis itself, the whole event is intended to transport guests to the various St. Regis hotels worldwide.

The St. Regis Hong Kong, located in the Wan Chai district, looks forward to treating guests to an array of delectable tastes with its Exquisite Summer Afternoon Tea, made with locally sourced lychee and honey gel. Additionally, visitors can head to the St. Regis Bar for a view of an extensive cocktail menu. As the sun sets, there is a daily ritual to celebrate the transitions from day to evening, followed by an offering of exclusive cocktails.

Moving on to The St. Regis Macau, the Celebrate Sustainability menu presents responsibly-sourced products at The Manor. Crafted by Executive Sous Chef Michele Dell’Aquila, the venue looks forward to elevating the dining experience with its collection of sustainable wines. The Art of Drinking programme, available from 12pm to 1am, features a lineup of Bloody Marys, including the local Maria do Leste from Macao, which uses Portuguese ingredients to reflect Macoa’s vibrant history.

For islanders, The St. Regis Bali looks to provide an art of mixology for guests with their New York-inspired cocktails such as the Bloody Mary Flight. The Bali location’s Exquisite Journey Menu offers authentic Balinese creations from the resort’s very own Executive Chef Agung Gede and is available oceanside on the enchanting Nusa Dua beach.

More programmes throughout Asia include The Art of Drinking is presented at St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, where the pristine waves of the Indian Ocean surround an idyllic spot to soak up the sun and sip on exquisite drinks like the Tropical Tuna Twist cocktail. The St. Regis Langkawi pays homage to Malaysia’s rich heritage with its Exquisite Journey Menu, which celebrates each of Malaysia’s states in an eight-course choice of meals. The St. Regis Singapore and its venue Brasserie Les Saveurs exudes a classic Frech cuisine concept, and their iconic Afternoon Tea ritual is available for an extended period from 21 August to 16 October. Similarly, The St. Regis Osaka’s signature French restaurant Rue d’Or celebrates summer with flavours from the Asian region.
