The rooftop restaurant welcomes diners and with a flair of offerings from the heart of Jakarta.
Having two benefits of elevation and location makes Chāo Cháo a suitable and more hip alternative for the holiday festivities. From 15-26 December, its luscious Christmas Menu features eight dishes served in a sharing family style, which is also paired with curated wine selections, as well as three cocktail specials.
The set menu starts with Crispy Peking Duck, accompanied by Chāo Cháo’s six signature dim sum treasures, but in festive theme. The main course includes five dishes, among them are Baked Whole Chicken in Sea Salt Dough, Wok-Fried Organic Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, and Barbecue Chilean Seabass. The notorious Chāo Cháo fried rice is also part of the menu. As for dessert, there’s the Sweet Caviar with Raspberry Sorbet.
Expect additional sparkle as Chāo Cháo celebrates with seasonal decorations and special acoustic performances on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at the restaurant level. Whilst on the 25th, legendary DJ Winky Wiryawan will be performing for guests.
