The hotel’s signature dining establishment returns with a new concept and design.

Upon its relaunch, Sea Grain Restaurant and Bar plays with a new concept, presenting western cuisine with an authentic local twist, specially curated by Chef de Cuisine Rendy Reynaldi. Known to have more than 15 years of experience, Rendy has worked in numerous four- and five-star hotels in various parts of Jakarta. Among the selected dishes are grilled squid with kecombrang, duck leg confit with andaliman juice, and Oxtail Balado Pizza. An old favourite will make its return as well, namely the 1.5kg premium Wagyu Tomahawk.

In addition, the restaurant also adds a new touch to the interior by exhibiting paintings by John Martono or Captain John. Visitors can see all 29 paintings of various sizes, in different corners of the restaurant, starting from the entrance hall, to the largest one inside the dining area. A treat for the eyes, guests can feel the sensation of being in a gallery.
