It comes as part of the bar’s pitcher concept, which means you can share this giant jug with friends and family – if you so choose of course…! Described as one-part Spanish and one-part Singaporean, the classic Sangria is tropical-fied with pineapple juice and fresh lychee and mangosteen. Uniquely, it then comes with Javier’s signature DROPLETS; wholly natural drops of flavour that power up the taste without relying on bitters. Bitters can sometimes possess an alcoholic content with a rusty, unnatural taste, so the DROPLETS eliminate this side-effect to instead bring fresh, natural flavours. You can’t try this cocktail at any of the other Four Seasons or Javier de las Muelas bars, so it’s a very special tipple that’s definitely worth making a special trip for.
