House of Dandy
A cocktail made for sharing, the Rakes Ration at House of Dandy is a delicious blend of rum, bourbon, Amaro Montenegro and Chamboard with an added house-made spiced syrup. It is built in a mason shaker and lightly shaken over ice, topped off with IPA beer and aromatically smoked with some cherry and apple bark, sealed and served in an airtight jar. Easy on the eye, superb on the palate, it offers notes of cloves, chamomile, orange and raspberry. Topping up is an even nicer surprise as the smoke trapped within the sealed jar changes the flavour of this gorgeous blend the longer you leave it unopened.
