This event comprised three main segments: cooking demonstrations, workshops or master classes, and special events. Participants were offered the chance to meet their favourite chefs as they demonstrated their cooking techniques and shared some culinary tips. Long-table lunches and wine-tasting were among the special events.

The forums also saw other star speakers, including Bondan Winarno, William Wongso and Dina von Cranach, and Bali’s famous chefs Chris Salan and Will Meyrick among the list. Not to mention Dave Pynt, Ryan Clift and Mandif Warokka. Dave Pynt, who is originally from Perth, Australia, achieved success through Singapore’s Burnt Ends where he made his mark with the restaurant being added to Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2015.
