Chef Tanudharma began his training as a chef at the NHI Tourism Academy Bandung. As a passionate young chef keen on expanding his culinary horizons, he travelled throughout Asia and the Middle East, picking up valuable experience and inspirations. Along the way, he has worked in illustrious five-star hotels in Vietnam, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Dubai, before being lured back to Indonesia to head the kitchens of Sheraton Surabaya. The host of awards that Chef Tanudharma’s kitchen has won throughout his career is a testament to his immaculate and perfectionist nature as a chef.
