The new venue can be found on the hotel’s Lower Level and boasts superb views of the iconic harbour and a spacious, comfortable interior. The design preserves the restaurant’s rich heritage and elegant jade theme whilst also showcasing a unique series of spaces inspired by a jade jewellery box, which opens to reveal layers of treasured collectables and discoveries of Cantonese culinary arts.
