Inspired by the name – Bellissimo means beautiful in Italian – winemaker Mitch Hayhow drew on the beauty of Italy as his muse to create an aromatic wine from frozen ultra-premium Australian grapes. The resulting creation comes in two variants, Sparkling Moscato and Sparkling Dolce Rosso, with a fruity aroma and light, sweet taste.
