For something rich and hearty, the Wagyu Don rice bowl is an absolute must with its sublime creamy, sweet and salty taste derived from slices of tender wagyu beef alongside sea urchin, foie gras, mushrooms and runny onsen egg over fluffy rice, all topped with a rich jus and caviar.
A simpler dish that shines with freshness and superb quality is the toro tartare, exquisitely plated with a selection of fresh crunchy condiments, while the shabu shabu uses only the highest grade meat cooked in a scintillating broth with fabulous dipping sauces.
