One of the definite must-tries here is the iconic Peking Duck; served separately in two different dishes, the meat is cooked sung choi bao style (minced, spiced meat wrapped in a crisp lettuce leaf) with mushroom and Chinese donut, with a crispy, juicy brown skin. This dish is best savoured by wrapping the meat, skin, and fresh vegetables in mandarin pancake sprinkled with the homemade XO sauce.
Those who seek seafood-based goodness should find solace in the restaurant’s array of prawn-based dishes, such as the Salted Egg Prawn, a portion of creamy, salty goodness that goes perfectly with a bowl of steamed white rice. The restaurant recently introduced new prawn-based dishes, including Steamed Garlic Prawn and Prawn Garlic Butter, so there’s plenty of choice too!
