The vibrant hotel in Seminyak is again rolling out Pasar Senggol, the most anticipated foodie event highlighting the greatness of local food.
Located in the heart of Seminyak, Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort has never run out of ideas to make its experiences memorable. Set among lush greenery and within walking distance of Seminyak’s most famous beach, the hotel hosted another fun Pasar Senggol event on 27 March 2021.
Situated in the hotel’s lobby garden, the event saw four executive chefs from four Marriott properties around Bali showcasing their take on local food. With the theme The Extra Ordinary Local Life, the event successfully elevated Indonesian food into a memorable feast that foodies will never forget.
During the event, food enthusiasts were treated to Babi Bali Porchetta by chef Donald Hutauruk from Courtyard Seminyak, Iga Bakar Solo by chef Rio Abednego from Four Points Ungasan, Pangsit Babi by chef Wisnu Adyatma from Renaissance Uluwatu and Ayam Bakar Tebu Surabaya by chef Yoyo Putra from Fairfield Legian. Not only serving delicious dishes, the event was also made merrier with a Zumba competition and live music performances.
