Culinary excellence and high society from across Indonesia and Singapore come together at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place for the grand awarding night of Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars 2026.
Year after year, Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars spotlights among the most esteemed dining and drinking venues across Indonesia and Singapore. The 2026 edition once again welcomed culinary masters, restaurateurs, industry leaders, tastemakers, and members of the high society to celebrate the gold standard of gastronomy and mixology, this time at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
Led by MCs Kaemita Boediono and Danar Gumilang, the evening unfolded with vibrant energy and a convivial atmosphere. Each VIP table enjoyed a four-course dinner with wine pairing that opened with a grandiose Food Parade. Croonings from classical soprano singer Dessy Ananta and live band Jeko and the Bro underscored the meal, adding a sense of theatrical flair. A collaboration between Exquisite Media’s LUMMI Magazine, Bubah Alfian, and Reva Marchellin also treated guests to a dazzling fashion show, featuring 17 Puteri Indonesia contestants as models wearing couture collections from Jacob Will, Maison Baaz Couture, Yosafat Dwi Kurniawan, and Julianto as well as jewellery from Passion Jewelry.
Among the most esteemed guests are the judging panel that include renowned chefs William Wongso, Rinrin Marinka, Yuda Bustara, Devina Hermawan, and Maurizio Bombini, accompanied by none other than Exquisite Media CEO & Publisher Lenny Marlina Tanu. Alongside bar judges Mirwansyah “Bule” and Agung “El Hombre” Satria, they visited the ten restaurants and three bars that received the highest number during the online voting period, evaluating and scoring them to determine the final rank of this year’s top venues.
Congratulations to Royal Eight Chinese Dining at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong, OSCAR, Boy’N’Cow Meat Boutique, Sōng Xiāng Lóu and La Floriane Bistro at Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre, SKYE, Yakiniku Great, Koral Restaurant at The Apurva Kempinski Bali, Club Italiano at Grand Hyatt Jakarta, and The Cave by Chef Ryan Clift at The edge for being awarded the top 10 restaurants, as well as Cafe Cali at The Orient Jakarta, A Royal Hideaway Hotel, Adriana Cocina & Bar at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bali Jimbaran, and 007 Cocktail & Whisky Bar as honourees of the top three Best Bars.
