Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin

Situated within the elusively elegant Bulgari Resort Bali, Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin was opened in 2017 and has been going strong ever since. Built to emulate the flagship Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin in Bulgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo, Japan, the Bali restaurant prides itself on its curated international level fare, top-notch bespoke service, as well as hard-to-match ambience and location.

The namesake chef, Luca Fantin, crafts the menu, which embodies authentic Italian flavours and brings the delectable delights of the region to Bali. Live and eat like the Italians at Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin, complete with innovative libations and the appreciation of life. Kick off the evening properly with aperitivo at the adjacent Bulgari Bar, while enjoying the elevated views of Indian Ocean.

Spaghetti Al Limone Nero

Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin is known for its Menù Degustazione – degustation menu – that regularly rotates depending on the freshest and best quality seasonal ingredients available, some of the signature dishes stay or return to the orbit. Choose from five- or seven-courses and enjoy delicacies like the Crudo di Ricciola, comprising amberjack, pickled cucumber and tomato water; or the Carpaccio di Capasanta, scallop carpaccio with cauliflower and caviar.

Furthermore, savour hearty Italian dishes, such as the sea urchin risotto; spaghetti with black lemon, zucchini flower and sweet pink prawn; or the luscious spaghetti with cured fish roe and smoked butter. The Pesce in Guazzetto, or the fish in guazzetto sauce, is served with potatoes and caviar, presenting Italian culinary characteristics on a plate.

Make the most of your Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin experience by opting for the wine-paired degustation menu, showcasing finest Italian wines and more varieties from famous wine regions all over the world.
