Helmed by respected Cantonese Chef Tim Lam, Jiang-Nan Chun restaurant incorporates the Xiang Le concept, highlighting the principle of enjoyment and happiness in culinary pleasures. With exquisite interiors that portray the magnificent storytelling of China’s Jiang Nan area, the restaurant takes pride in its Peking duck dish that – unlike most – is roasted in a mesquite wood-fired oven and served with caviar.

Combining the freshest traditional ingredients, secret recipes and special cooking methods that prioritise wellness benefits, Jiang-Nan Chun offers an array of hearty and delicious dishes like the dim sum and claypot selections, the famed double-boiled soups that nourish both the skin and body, and more. Meanwhile, the drink section boasts unique selections of curated tea lists, specially crafted tea-infused cocktails and an extensive wine menu, among others.

For the Chinese New Year, Jiang-Nan Chun has prepared some delectable delights to enhance the festivities. Start with the Lunar New Year Takeaway Treats, available until 13th February, showcasing a range of sweet and savoury delights – a great option for your own celebrations or to give to loved ones.

The Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yee Sang package – comprising smoked salmon slices, crispy vermicelli, fried sweet potato strips, preserved papaya, beetroot, shredded radish, pomelo and more, topped with a special dressing made of plum sauce and pineapple paste – is available for in-house dining or takeaway. The additional accompaniment options are just as enticing, such as the three-head quality abalone, bird’s nest, Japanese surf clams, smoked salmon and more. Furthermore, traditional favourites like homemade pineapple tarts, coconut nian gao and carrot cake with Chinese sausages are up for grabs.

From 1st February to 2nd March, Jiang-Nan Chun presents diners with signature dishes, including wok-fried Boston lobster in black bean sauce and braised six-head abalone with dried oyster and black moss. Lo Hei Banquet Packages are also available in the same time period with sumptuous menus for a ten-person party.
