One of the star dishes at The Kelusa is the Betutu Cannelloni, merging Italian and Balinese comfort dishes of betutu chicken and cannelloni pasta, topped off with burnt mozzarella and chilli lemongrass vinaigrette. Another must-try, and quirky combination is the Tuna Sambal Matah, with penne pasta, spiced tuna and sambal matah.
For a more authentic selection of Indonesian fare, check out Cakalang Woku consisting of grilled tuna, spicy turmeric broth and tomato confit. Another local comfort dish on offer is Kolak Pisang, a sweet dessert made of banana, spiced cranberry, staranise, chantilly cream and shortbread crouton.
The Kelusa also offers F&B experiences to remember, such as Traditional Balinese High Tea, served on a wooden dulang just like Balinese royalty.
