Embark on a culinary journey like no other as MAURI presents a delightful twist to brunch, with each week showcasing a new theme, including Classic Brunch, Seafood & Rosé Brunch, and Butcher Brunch. This extraordinary brunch experience is available every Sunday 11.30am to 3pm, with the aforementioned themes rotating weekly. 

Classic Brunch, Seafood Brunch, and Butcher Brunch

Indulge in an extensive selection of wines and cocktails that perfectly complement the splendid brunch offerings. Delicacies abound as a delightful array of dishes, including amuse bouche, snacks, pasta dishes and main courses, are served directly to your table.

For egg enthusiasts, the Classic Brunch serves eggs benedict, pork belly pastrami, hollandaise sauce, scrambled egg, Spanish chorizo and baby ruccola, creating a symphony of flavours at your fingertips. The appetisers tantalise your taste buds, from foie gras and barbabietola to aragosta, ricciola, and Mauri parmigiana. Pasta lovers can delight in the satisfying choices of carbonara ravioli, fusilli al ragu and risotto Caprese.

The Seafood & Rosé brunch boasts the exquisite Mauri Seafood Platter, featuring Japanese oysters, king prawns, Hokkaido scallops, yellowfin tuna, Atlantic salmon, king crab and seabream, all paired with MAURI’s signature sauce. Another standout dish is the Tortelli, a delectable combination of ricotta and mascarpone tortelli, Japanese sweet prawns and a sumptuous seafood saffron consommé. The Merluzzo, crafted with Atlantic codfish, bell pepper texture, and drizzled in olive oil, along with a creamy potato espuma, offers a symphony of flavours.

Butcher Brunch caters to the meat lovers with the renowned Tomahawk, a black Angus beef rib-eye aged for 200+ days, complemented by haricote beans, spinach and roasted potatoes. The culinary journey continues with foie gras tart, elegantly paired with lemon and port wine gel; and carbonara ravioli adorned with jamon iberico, pecorino, mascarpone, and egg espuma.

As the grand finale, a delightful tray of artisanal cheeses and a fine selection of treats serve as perfect palate cleansers, ensuring your afternoon at MAURI culminates in absolute satisfaction.
