The ultimate destination for fun under the sun in Bali, Karma Beach Bali presents a new menu filled with creative cocktails and bites to enjoy beachside.

Now there’s even more reason to visit the illustrious Karma Beach Bali with the arrival of a new food and drinks menu at Karma Kandara resort’s beachside venue in picturesque Uluwatu.

Salt Baked Whole Fish

Heavily inspired by the Mediterranean, the new dishes are bold in flavour while light enough to suit a warm day by the waves. New additions include scrumptious crispy Ubud dirty duck salad, and tuna tartare adorned with compressed watermelon, torch ginger flower, red chilli paste and tapioca coral crackers. Mains include salt-baked whole fish, which will surely whet your appetite. For more locally inspired dishes, the lobster mie goreng or Balinese octopus and seafood curry are great for either lunch or dinner.

Creative cocktail concoctions have also been designed by Karma Beach Bali to pair with the delectable food. A cocktail of the day will form the heart of the drink offerings, alongside long-time Karma favourites like Bedugul Colada (spiced rum, pineapple-infused rum, homemade pandan lemongrass syrup, pineapple juice) and the Kintamani Mojito (white rum, mint, tangerine juice, jeruk Kintamani, ginger ale). The beverage list is also expanding with more wine and beer options from around the world.
