SKAI Bar & Grill at Padma Resort Legian unveils its newest culinary concept, The Wood-Fired Experience. Held every Thursday, this weekly affair invites guests to indulge in an all-day Mediterranean-inspired feast, shaped by flame and guided by the timeless allure of wood-fired cooking.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the experience unfolds across two seatings. Guests may opt for a leisurely afternoon from 12pm to 5pm, basking in golden daylight, or continue into the evening from 5.30pm to 10.30pm, when the sky deepens, and the atmosphere becomes more dynamic. Each moment offers a distinct mood, yet both promise a sense of unhurried indulgence.

The offering centres on a free-flow à la carte selection, thoughtfully curated to celebrate the depth and character of Mediterranean cuisine. At its core lies the elemental power of fire, enhancing natural ingredients with smoky richness and subtle complexity. Highlights include returning favourites from SKAI’s popular brunch series, such as the robustly spiced Roasted Chicken Harissa and the refined Charcoal-Roasted Snapper Fillet, dishes that have already earned a loyal following.

As dusk settles, the experience evolves. The evening seating introduces a livelier tempo, with DJ sets and soulful saxophone performances weaving seamlessly into the setting. A carefully crafted drinks list of inventive cocktails and refreshing mocktails further complements the menu, adding a playful edge to the evening.
