A masterpiece crafted by Japanese interior design company Wonderwall, OZONE aims to create an Edenic Experiment for guests; a man-made environment of nature in an imaginary world. Guests can experience the intricate themes from the bar’s exclusive elevators, where walls are decorated with leaf vein-patterned leather of various sizes.
The OZONE’s signature cocktail, Hong Kong Skyline, is made to symbolise the hotel’s advantageous location and philosophy. It consists of a combination of Zacapa 23 Years, absinthe, oolong tea syrup, pink grapefruit, lime, Dom Perignon foam, chocolate stones and lavender smoke for a unique blend of sweet, sour and refreshing aftertaste.
For a to-share drink, the bar serves several enticing creations, such as the eclectic Fragrant Negroni (Tanqueray gin sous-vide grapefruit peel, Mandarine Napoleon, Regal Rogue Daring Dry vermouth) best served over ice with grapefruit garnish, or the exquisite Old Fashioned with a twist, which combines Earl Grey-infused bourbon, chocolate bitters and vanilla syrup.
