This August, The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali is bringing a sumptuous selection of culinary delights to its dining tables throughout the resort.

At Edogin, the authentic Japanese restaurant, a variety of delightfully fresh clams will be presented within different signature dishes using the sweet and succulent flavours packed within the shells, like the King Crab with Asari Clam Butter Yaki, and the Robatayaki Hamaguri Clam with sesame oil.

Seafood is also the name of the game at Soleil, the resort’s beachfront pan-Mediterranean restaurant, where a mouth-watering seafood menu of freshly caught whole local fish will be available for grilling à la minute with either Mediterranean or Balinese seasoning. Try the signature live mantis prawn, the live cold water lobster or the melt-in-your-mouth swordfish “Toro”.

At Table8, the signature Chinese restaurant, ginseng will be celebrated as one of China’s treasured medicinal herbs. The Table8 chef will prepare a must-try, unique menu featuring steamed live frog with ginseng and red dates, sautéed shrimp with ginseng and wolfberry, and crispy ginseng with egg custard. Meanwhile, on the rooftop at Sky Bar, a relaxed Spanish vibe will see sumptuous cocktails and authentic tapas like the classic Croquettas de Chorizo, Patatas Bravas or the more modern Flan de Foie Gras, whilst at Mulia Deli, an English touch will see premium teas infused into every bite of the signature pastries, including an Earl Grey Tea Opera Cake, Jasmine Tea Choux Puff and a Black Tea Bavarian with Chocolate Mirror.
