TELU’s cosy ambience, adorned with local artistry and gentle lighting, radiates warmth. The bar, accommodating eight at its counter and additional seating at six tables, sets the stage for a sustainable narrative. Craftsmanship and eco-responsibility shine throughout, from locally made bar stools to sustainably sourced bar counter materials and lighting fixtures.
Bar Manager Jan Jurecka orchestrates an extensive menu aligned with the resort’s zero-waste principle. Over 80 percent of its ingredients are home-grown or locally procured, including fragrant honey from on-site Trigona beehives. The menu boasts gems like the Down To Earth, a silky smooth cocktail inspired by the harmony of nature. The tipple celebrates the beauty of earth by combining gin with spirulina, matcha, passion fruit, guava, honey nectar and coconut milk whey. This cocktail also comes with a cause, in which part of the profit goes to Sungai Watch charity mission.
