At Pinot Duck the chefs celebrate the diversity of these two ingredients with some very creative and unexpected combinations. Choose from Peking Duck Tasters like Classic Crepe Wraps and Peking Duck Steamed Buns, or the Peking Duck Taco. Heartier options among the small plates options are duck fat potato wedges, pan-seared duck liver pate, Peking duck Caesar salad and soups like the hot and sour broth with shredded roast duck, wood fungus, dried bean curd, shitake mushrooms and smokey chipotles.
Of course, the mains are just as delectable and present meals such as Crispy Duck Leg and the made-for-sharing succulent Eight Treasure – a 12-hour slow-braised whole duck stuffed with a mix of dried scallop, ham, shrimp, chestnut, sticky rice, taro and shitake mushrooms.
The drinks menu is equally as impressive and curated from some of the finest wine regions in the world. The Pinot wines and cocktails are complemented by Moonzen local craft beers, a small collection of spirits and a range of non-alcoholic drinks.
