From the grill, the stunning chateaubriand, cut from the thickest part of the beef tenderloin, melts in the mouth and is served with a choice of sauce and side dish, while to wrap up the meal, among the many tempting deserts – including Normandie Chocolate Tart with sea salt caramel ice cream – is the “After Eight” chocolate bar, a delightful mousse-style treat served with refreshing peppermint gel.
In addition to the excellent à la carte menu, Lyon offers a business lunch menu on weekdays for gourmands with time constraints, as well as an enticing Saturday brunch that is perfect for a relaxed dining experience with friends and family.
